Day 2Seattle/Mount Rainier National Park
Drive to nearby Mt Rainier National Park. Explore the park on one of the many hiking trails, including the Skyline, Nisqually Vista, or Bench/Snow Lake Trail.

Spend the day driving through the northern section of Yellowstone National Park. The ride can be slow-going due to all the stopping for bears, elk and bison that may cozy up to the road. Soak in the scenery before camping just outside the park.

Yellowstone Northern Loop Excursion
Explore the Northern Loop in Yellowstone National Park, which features beautiful scenery, exciting wildlife, and spectacular hydrothermal features. Yellowstone National Park Visit
Make several stops throughout the day. Today the journey is the destination. Geysers, waterfalls, wildlife, and scenic beauty are around every corner just waiting to be explored. In fact, Yellowstone National Park is a super volcano with the world’s largest active geyser field, boasting more than 10,000 geysers. The Park is also home to more wild animals than almost anywhere else in the U.S., including roaming bison, gray wolves, elk, black bears, and, of course, the famous grizzly bear. Spend the day discovering the impressive natural phenomenons within the park.

Spend the morning driving through Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks before reaching the fun, cowboy town of Jackson Hole. Opt to check out some hikes nearby, do some shopping or check out cool cafés. In the evening, opt to whet the whistle at a cowboy bar.
Cross the Continental Divide, and enjoy the view of more than 12 peaks that make up this beautiful drive. Stop at Grand Teton National Park and take in the tranquil surroundings.
In the late afternoon, reach Jackson and marvel at the town square’s elk antler arches. In the evening, enjoy a night out with a true wild western atmosphere at the One Million Dollar Bar.

Craters of the Moon National Monument Visit
Pull off the highway and prepare to get transported to another planet. Craters of the Moon National Monument is a series of lava flows created 15,000 years ago that greatly resembles the surface of the moon. A previous training ground for astronauts, get out and explore the dramatic landscapes of the area.

Explore the crevices and caves formed thousands of years ago by flowing lava rivers. The dark, cool caves are a stark contrast to the landscape outside – bring close toed shoes and a flashlight to discover this underground world.
Day 11Boise/Bend
Continue on to Bend, Oregon, consistently voted one of the best places to live in the US. Arrive in time to explore a bit of the town.

Crater Lake National Park Visit
Considered by scientists to be the cleanest and clearest large body of water in the world, and the deepest lake in the U.S. at 1943 ft, Crater Lake is sure to impress. The lake rests in a dormant volcano – explore this National Park and its many viewpoints. Get sweaty on a steep hike before opting to jump into the crystal clear lake for a quick swim or stay on the rim and gaze at the sapphire waters below.

Day 13Eugene

Head to the beautiful Oregon coast. Depending on the group's interests and the day's weather forecast, you'll have time to stroll along the beach, explore sand dunes, or hike coastal trails.
