When arranging your transportation, such as flights, please take into consideration the below time restrictions for joining and departing from your group. With these times, we have taken into account travel time to/from the airport in the given destination and required time for check-in or baggage collection/immigration.

Itinerary

Day 1Dubrovnik/Adriatic Sea

Arrival day. Join the group at 1 pm for a welcome meeting and safety briefing before beginning the sailing journey to Split. Enjoy a nightcap with crew mates on the boat and get to know fellow passengers.

Arrive at the meeting point before 1 PM for an important group meeting where you will meet the Chief Experience Officer (CEO), skipper, and the other group members. The boat will be departing soon after the arrival meeting. Your flight should arrive no later than 10AM in order to reach the meeting point on time.

On our Croatia sailing trip the G Adventures Skipper/CEO will help you make a food kitty, where 500 HRK (Croatian Kuna) per person, per week will be added to the kitty for small food items on board to cover breakfasts, lunches and the odd dinner.
Breakfasts and lunches are prepared by yourself, and most dinners are taken ashore at local restaurants.

The adventure begins today. Feel free to explore, but make sure you're back in time to meet the group. Your G Representative will review the details of your tour.

Days 2–6Adriatic Sea

While traveling the Dalmatian coast by sailboat, explore ancient Roman ruins and discover secluded beaches. Opt to hike through the national park in Mljet that inspired Odysseus for years or take a tour of the UNESCO World Heritage sites of Dubrovnik, which offer insight into Croatian culture and architecture. Anchor in the quiet bay of Milna, Hvar, and opt to experience the vibrant night life on land. Explore the beaches as the tide comes in and shifts their shape.

Take your time to wander the charming streets of Korčula, a Mediterranean gem rich in history and beauty. Discover a maze of stone alleyways, dotted with churches, monasteries, elegant fountains, and lively piazzas, all wrapped in the island’s distinct Venetian flair.

Our 16m (54 ft) nimble yacht is the perfect platform to explore the gorgeous Adriatic islands. Flexibility is key to adapt to local weather conditions, and the skipper will modify the itinerary to our advantage while sailing. Possible stops include: Mljet, Korčula, and Hvar.

Mljet Island Excursion
Mljet

Stay active on Mljet, well known for being a perfect place for hiking, biking, and swimming. Soak in the island's stunning scenery and peaceful atmosphere. This lushly forested island is so seductive, it's said that Odysseus came and stayed for seven years. Take a guided tour of the Mljet National Park, or bask in the green waters by the rocks.

Hvar Island Excursion

Head out to explore Hvar, a definite must-see and UNESCO World Heritage site. Enjoy some amazing beaches, nightlife, pop and classical music concerts, and festivals in the city that have inspired many Croatian writers and artists. This island truly has it all!

Korčula Island Excursion

Ride across the water to Marco Polo’s place of birth, Korčula, a typical medieval walled Dalmatian city and one of the Adriatic’s most lush green islands. Indulge yourself on this historic island and forget about the world around you. Discover the caves and secluded beaches that make this an attractive destination for exploration.

Hvar Island - Starigrad to Hvar Tour

Hop on your included transportation, with your first stop at Napoleon Fort for the best view of the surrounding islands, followed by a stop at Spanish fort (Fortica) where you can opt to buy a ticket and go in. Take a guided, scenic walk down to Hvar town through the botanical garden and stoney streets of this medieval town, with some free time to explore before driving back through the old UNESCO protected agricultural field of the ancient greeks. The last stop of the day is for dinner at a local family farm which includes a three course meal with drinks.

The Island of Vis has been an important stronghold for countless generals for millennia. Though peace now reigns on the island, there still exists a multitude of landmarks left over, such as gun emplacements and a large network of secret tunnels dug by the Yugoslav army.

This tour will take you across the island with guided stops at all the must-see attractions.

Mljet Island National Park

Visit the natural wonder that is Mljet National Park. Covering the entire north west portion of Mljet island, there is a multitude of hiking trails and mountains to explore.

For those looking to expand their adventures, bikes can be rented for 70 HRK for 4 hours, double kayaks for 60 HRK or a single canoe for 40 HRK.

Visit one of the most iconic caves on the entire Adriatic Sea. Enter from either the land or a tunnel from the sea, and marvel at the bright spectrum of colors created by the sun refracting into the water from outside.

Explore the large vault of the cave, and take a swim in its refreshing waters before you leave.

Day 7Adriatic Sea/Trogir

Weigh anchor early morning for the last passage to Trogir. Before crossing the Brač Channel, find a picturesque inlet to enjoy lunch before entering the marina in Trogir. Enjoy the last night aboard, or join the rest of the group for a group dinner while reminiscing about the epic journey through the Adriatic Sea.

Free Time
Trogir Evening

Take your time to wander the charming streets of Trogir, a beautifully preserved UNESCO protected old town steeped in history is a living museum of stone architecture, narrow alleyways, and charming squares. You can explore Romanesque churches, Renaissance palaces, and lively waterfront promenades. Trogir’s blend of history, culture, and coastal beauty makes it a perfect stop for a relaxed stroll, a sunset drink, or an unforgettable evening soaking in centuries of Mediterranean charm.

Day 8Trogir/Split

Disembark the ship in the morning after breakfast. Then, enjoy an included transfer from Trogir to the Hotel Corner in Split where the tour ends on arrival.

If you would like extra time in Split after the sailing journey is finished, we recommend booking extra time.

After disembarking the ship there will be an included group transfer from the marina in Trogir to the Hotel Corner in Split.
