Arrive in Ushuaia at any time. Arrival transfer included. Enjoy the sights and sounds of the world's most southerly city.
There will be a welcome desk in the lobby of the start hotel that will provide more specific information on the G Expedition and your upcoming adventure.
Please note that the first night in Ushuaia is on twin share basis. If you're travelling solo or have an odd number of travellers in your group and have not purchased a private cabin, you will be paired with another solo traveller of the same gender.

Free morning to explore Ushuaia. Embarkation on the G Expedition begins in the afternoon at the port in Ushuaia.
Today we will embark on the G Expedition. The morning is free to do any last minute shopping, an optional excursion to Tierra Del Fuego National Park or a good hike up to the Marshall Glacier. For a better view, opt for a helicopter ride (weather permitting) to see the port of Ushuaia from the air. Embarkation on the G Expedition is set for 4pm at the port in Ushuaia.
Free Time
Explore the city, do some shopping or take an optional excursion and enjoy lunch ashore.

Explore this stunning coastal national park extending 630 sq km. This is the southernmost national park of Argentina and the only one that protects mountains, sea, and forests within its limits.

Meet a biologist guide at the pier and travel to a nearby wetland for a session of birdwatching. Get those cameras or binoculars ready and try to catch a glimpse of a variety of wild ducks including the Red Shoveler, Cinnamon Teal and Chiloe Widgeon as well as several grebes and coots. Travel on to the Bay of Caulin, a protected bird sanctuary, to view more birds before heading to the Senda Darwin’s Biological Field Station. Nazca Desert Cemetery and Potter's Studio Guided Tour
See remains of the Nazca culture during an included tour of the ancient Pre-Inca desert cemetery site of Chauchilla. Spot 1500-year-old mummies, bones, and pottery on the desert floor. Take to the skies for the best view of the enigmatic Nazca Lines, a series of patterns and pictures etched in the ground, crisscrossing a wide area of flat desert. Decide for yourself the origin of the lines – who drew the lines, and why, remains a mystery. Current beliefs suggest that they may be part of complex agricultural calendar.

See one of the greatest engineering wonders of the world in action as the ship travels the Panama Canal. Spend some time on deck and observe the workings of the locks extending across 77km (48 mi) to connect the Atlantic and Pacific oceans. This unique experience is not to be missed.

San Blas Islands Excursion
Land at the small island of El Porvenir, and head out to explore the area. Enjoy a guided walk through the jungle to see the local flora, fauna, and wildlife. Or grab those flippers and see what's below the surface while snorkelling on the beach. Learn about the local Kuna people's way of life on a visit to their small village.

This seldom visited area is a gem in the Caribbean. Take part in excursions to visit the locals, walk through the jungle and enjoy a traditional meal with your new native friends. Enjoy an included walk through the Eco Reserve El Cielo.

Capurganá Excursion
Use an excursion to Capurganá to discover all this remote village has to offer. Most people travel by speedboat to enjoy the pristine beaches and clear blue waters. Strike out on a hike to explore the surrounding jungle, get to know some of the locals in the village, or soak up the sun while sipping a cocktail on the beach.
