These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to your access to, and participation in the G Adventures VIP Program (the “Program”), which is operated by G Adventures Inc. or its affiliated companies (collectively, “G Adventures”). These Terms do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with G Adventures for any products or services.

All benefits provided by G Adventures to VIPs (the “Benefits”) are provided solely for the individual named in this communication. The Benefits are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with, family, friends or others, or used by you for any commercial purpose.

Participation in the Program is available to persons who have booked and travelled on five or more trips with G Adventures. G Adventures may, at its discretion, extend some or all of the Benefits to individuals who have not booked and travelled on five or more trips with G Adventures, but is under no obligation to do so.

G Adventures may decide at any time to stop offering the Program or any of the Benefits. In that case, you may no longer be able to redeem your Benefits. We may also cancel your participation in the Program and/or cancel any Benefits you have earned if:

• you have not completed a booking with G Adventures for 24 months in a row;
• you fail to follow any of these Terms, the G Adventures Booking Terms or the G Adventures Traveller Conduct Policy, or if you abuse your Program privileges in any way; or
• you are dishonest about any information that you give to us (or to any of our partners or affiliated companies).

We may also decide at any time to change the terms and conditions of the Program or any of the Benefits. If we cancel or make changes to the Program or the Benefits, or if we cancel your participation in the Program, we’ll try to let you know ahead of time, but we are not required to do so, and we will not be responsible for reimbursing you in any way or making any kind of payment to you. If you close your G Adventures account, your registration in the Program will automatically be cancelled and you will not be able to redeem any Benefits.

G Adventures’ personal information practices in connection with the Program, including the collection, use and/or disclosure of your personal information, are governed by the G Adventures privacy policy, which can be accessed at gadventures.com/terms-conditions/privacy/.
