PAKISTAN LETTER OF INVITE FORM
***PLEASE READ THE ENTIRETY OF THE TEXT BELOW AS THIS IS IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOUR ENTRY INTO PAKISTAN ***
GENERAL INFORMATION:
- Please note the Entry and Visa Requirements are the responsibility of the individual traveller. These may differ for the country you are visiting depending on your nationality. We keep the following information up to date as much as possible, but rules do change. It is important that you check for yourself with the Embassy of Pakistan. Please, keep in mind that all countries require passports valid for at least 6 months from the moment of departure from the country.
- You must have at least two blank passport pages available for each country you will visit on your tour. These are required for entry & exit stamps.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- To apply for a Pakistan visa, some countries may be required to present an official Letter of Invitation (LOI).
- PLEASE NOTE: If your Visa application OR your E-Visa application does NOT require a Letter of Invitation, please do NOT fill this form out.
COMPLETING THE LOI FORM:
- Please do not submit the below application until 90 days prior to your entry into Pakistan. Please submit the below application NO LATER THAN 30 days prior to your entry into Pakistan.
- The details will be forwarded to our local agent in Pakistan and you will be emailed your Pakistan Invitation Letter about 5-10 business days after submission.
- Pakistan visas can be used up to 3 months from the date the visa is issued, and once you have entered Pakistan, the visa is valid for a maximum of 30 days. Therefore, please time your application accordingly and do not apply for the visa more than 3 months in advance of your trip.
- Input your name the same way it is in your passport. The information on the application form must match your passport (if you have 2 or more names - all of them have to be listed under "first name").
- If you have an umlaut or other character not recognised in the english alphabet in your name (ie. ΓΌ), please enter it in the longer form (ie. ue).

***Please carefully check all the information below prior to submitting - it is your responsibility to check whether passport details, name spelling and dates on the LOI are correct.***
NEXT STEPS:
- Once you have received your Pakistan LOI, you can apply for your visa by going to the Pakistan Online Visa System. Depending on your nationality, you may be required to apply for your visa in person at a Pakistan Embassy.
Please note, when applying for your Pakistan visa, you must declare the following:
- Any recent travel to/from India
- Any dual nationality relating to India
- Any family members of Indian heritage
This may lead to a more thorough review of your visa application where further documentation may be required by the embassy.
