- You must have at least two blank passport pages available for each country you will visit on your tour. These are required for entry & exit stamps.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- To apply for a Ghanaian visa, most nationalities must present an official Ghana Letter of Invitation (LOI).
- PLEASE NOTE: If your Visa application OR your E-Visa application does NOT require a Letter of Invitation, please do NOT fill this form out.

COMPLETING THE LOI FORM:
- Please do not submit the below application until 90 days prior to your entry into Ghana. Please submit the below application NO LATER THAN 30 days prior to your entry into Ghana.
- The details will be forwarded to our local agent in Ghana and you will be emailed your Ghana Invitation Letter about 5-10 business days after submission.

- Input your name the same way it is in your passport. The information on the application form must match your passport (if you have 2 or more names - all of them have to be listed under "first name").

To receive your LOI for Ghana please fill in all of the requested details below and click on the SUBMIT button at the bottom.

***Please carefully check all the information below prior to submitting - it is your responsibility to check whether passport details, name spelling and dates on the LOI are correct.***

NEXT STEPS:
- Once you have received your Ghana LOI, you can apply for your visa by going to the Ghanian Embassy.

IMPORTANT: Most travellers are required to mail their physical passport to a Ghana consulate/embassy for their visa application. As a result, we strongly advise against any travel outside of your home country, in the period leading up to your departure during which you will be applying for your visa. This is typically done between 30-60 days from the date of entry into Ghana.
