Day 1Havana/Varadero
Meet your fellow travellers and CEO at an 8am briefing before departing Havana towards Varadero. En route, visit of the city of Matanzas. Continue to the Cueva de Saturno cave for a chance to snorkel in the crystal clear waters before arriving to Varadero. Check into hotel then hit the beach.
Please note that the first day of this tour is a travel day and involves an early departure from Havana, so arriving on time to your start location is important to being able to join the tour for the day's journey. We recommend booking a pre-tour accommodation in Havana if not otherwise completing another G Adventures tour that finishes on the same day.

Matanzas visit and Cueva de Saturno swimming
Visit of the city of Matanzas then continue to the Cueva de Saturno, a cenote (cave). Walk down the steps into the large cavern and marvel at the Stalactites and enjoy a swim with the option to snorkel in the crystal clear waters.

Your opportunity to meet your CEO and fellow travellers, and learn more about your tour. Don't forget to see the notice in the lobby (or ask reception) for the official time and place to meet up with the group.

Enjoy a full free day to explore the town, snorkel or just relax on the beach. Choose from a variety of optional activities such as a catamaran tour, a visit to Josone Park or the House of Rum museum. This evening try your hand at dominoes with the CEO to experience Cuba like a local after a day of sun and sand.

Board a beautiful catamaran and cruise the turquoise waters of the Caribbean. Lunch and open bar included.
