Once a travellers trip is all booked and paid for, it’s our guarantee that it’s going ahead. We don't cancel trips because they're not full. Safety warnings and rare operational reasons are the only exceptions.

Your travellers can cancel anytime and their deposit becomes lifetime credit — they can opt to use it on a future trip, pass to a friend, or donate to Planeterra. It never expires.
